Yeah,,,, I took notice of the "cassette holder" option.
Just think though ... Porsche AG was cutting edge for the time MY95> with the Digital HiFi (Nokia) semi-active amplifier arrangement. Hey,,, order the Compact Disc based CDR-210 and up grade to bleeding edge...
I'm in the process of up grading the optional (490) HiFi / CDR-210 and have learned the design origins to the HiFi door enclosures. The 130mm/ 5.25" low/mid woofer is non other than a B & O flagship RL 60.2 speaker's (driver) in a transmission line tuned enclosure; an ever so slight mild variation of that driver. I know many folks are jettisoning the HiFi door enclosures..... They don't know jack s...! There are penlty of driver upgrade options, low-mid, mid, HF, for our 993s HiFi speaker option. Which the Nokia amp easliy drives.
Okay,,,, stepping down from my soap box. (cabin fever from Vail)

In Germany that car would cost 120,000 to 130,000 US-$ and it would be sold quick...
Really good 1998 turbo with WLSII, all options and a mileage in that range were traded already for 160,000 US-$. The german market with cars in that condition is nearly empty.
The problem is, that you have to pay shipping and 29% tax to bring a car back through the ocean...
By the way, a good 1973 2,7 RS has a range about 350,000 US-$ in Germany, nobody must pay so much money for a old car, but some do. For daily use I would prefer a 991 as well, it's a perfect tool and it works perfectly at any condition. But it didn't touch my soul at all, the old 911 are much better at that point...

The 911 cars in Germany are driven - as in I don't beleive the garage qween practice originated in Germany. There,,, the 911 owners drive their cars .. . . . ususally.
