There's something really weird about those photos ... the car looks grey in most of them, and the wheels look downright bizarre. Looks like maybe they were trying to take HDR shots and don't know what they are doing. Only paint photo that looks somewhat normal is the doorjamb shot.
Shots on Pelican are much better looking.

^^ polar silver, hence the blue tint & difficulty photographing. The 'value' hinges on whether or not the top-end / SAI was addressed. With 130k mi showing, would be surprising if it wasn't.
Is the location of the option sticker common? Usually see them on the underside of the hood - were some applied next to the spare like that or is it a give away that the hood was replaced?
Looks like the bumper was off & filler strips not replaced correctly. Could be just a respray for chips or worse (again, option sticker location).
Worth a look if local, IMHO. Cars listed like this can be great deals as they tend to scare away prissy 'by the book' buyers.

Spoke to Ken last week. 132k on clock. Was driven from NJ to Delray, FL without issue. Ken says that it is a little rough/not perfect but a solid driver (limited maintenance history, had engine out "partial" reseal due to oil leak + (March, $4.8k), strut, control arm, steering, ABS work (November, $3.3k). If you want the list I have the PDF invoices. It has a torn rear shelf. Previous Ebay buyer wound up buying another car from seller, hence the relist.
I was interested, but mileage put it down on my list. If anyone does a PPI/Rennfax I'd be interested to hear how it went.

I think the price is tad high, should be around 18$k.
Re newed bumpers are to be expected for sub 20k$ examples. I was offered 17k$ for my oil smelly 170k miles '96 C4S (on 3rd rear bumper) and I turned it down and instead had the engine ($12k) rebuilt by Autohaus but after 22k miles later SAI light on but drives perfect. $2k new PSS10s, $$ on brakes, 2k$ used 996 sport seats that I re-wired. Worth now maybe $22k. Original paint.

It's hard to tell whether the car's appearance is due to less-than-professional-quality photography (including bad lighting), non-factory paint, or otherwise.
In addition to some poor panel gaps, a crooked exhaust tip, and the dent behind the left rear wheel, to my eyes, the paint has too much metal flake, not enough "depth" and gloss, and does not look like any hue of polar silver that I have ever seen (under the multitude of different lighting that I have seen over the years in photos and in person).
If I had to guess, I would say the car has had a rough life - and possibly a total respray.
I'm usually pretty darn forgiving when it comes to 911 drivers (I've had plenty of the "patina" kool aid), but this one just looks off.
