Too long
I've been playing with the configurator on the UK site. If the car ever comes to our shores I'm definitely getting one. Might be the first brand new car I've ever purchased...

Just picked up a B7 a month ago for my winter/wife daily. It's times like these I realize this site really brings together a strange brotherhood of like-minded folks. Sorry, no pics right now.

I guess I can post here now.
Just picked up a 2004 S4 Avant, Dolphin Grey, 6 Speed Manual, 140km
Picked it up in Calgary, AB and drove it home today, (roughly 1000kms). Great so far

You Canadians are lucky you can import these cars after only 15 years!
BTW, I had to sell my S4 Avant. Really sad about it but with the birth of our daughter (second child) the car became too small. I looked really hard at 955 Cayennes but couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger. They felt cheap on the inside and ugly on the outside. And I can't afford the new ones yet. I was ready to overlook the visual challenges but at the end I couldn't live with the ride height and driving position. So no SUV for me.
I had to settle for this:
Never owned an MB before and I wasn't sure if I'd like it but 2 months into the ownership I am very impressed with that wagon. LOTS of space, good useable power, tons of creature comforts. Suspension is a bit soft for my taste but as a family car it is pretty good.

Another wagon fan. This is my former manual E39 525iT. Fantastic car.
