I knew this would be a problem before I even started the job, but I still went ahead anyway. I read the threads about it too.
I replaced the felt seals and it looks good. The problem is the roof is low now when it's closed. Where is the adjustment for the height?
When I pull the cover back up and clip it back in it's feels really tight, and the roof is very slow to open or close. When I leave the cover off the roof is great.
Have I missed something really obvious?

This will sound obvious, but take a look at the sunroof mounting brackets and ensure that you have them mounted properly (Compare to a photo in one of the DIYs). I had a similar problem when I replaced my gaskets and if memory serves, I didn't have the brackets installed properly.

I thought I might have had the brackets upside down. I might have to check but I was sure I had it right. Will look at the DYI again.

There is adjustment at the rear, in height. One of my brackets got loose, and my right rear was 1/4" low. Pushing it up and tightening did the trick.
