Car searches and a heads-up
Thought about adding this question to the current thread about a white C2 for $32k but didn't want to hijack.
I'm currently looking for an 06 Cayenne. My favorite search engine for craigslist was Jaxed, but a couple months ago cl put a cease and desist order against them so I've tried a couple of others with mixed results. Have tried crazedlist, dailylister and SearchTempest. Of these three, SearchTempest is not great, i.e. cumbersome and inconsistent, but seems the least intrusive to wade through. Has anyone found a better cl search engine?
And on another note, the scammers seem to be running amuck over on Cars.com. to the point it's nearly worthless. With my parameters, searching on this site gives 14 hits and best I can tell, 13 of the 14 are scams. Price is not so low as to be be obvious but just enough to get your interest. None of the "sellers" provide a phone contact only an email link to "Brian" or "Cynthia" etc. so buyer beware.

If you want to search all of craigslist, you can google in this manner:
Porsche 993 arena red site:craigslist.org
However it seems to pull up deleted posts as well as current ones. If you go to advanced search on Google there are other hooks to narrow searches...just look at the actual line of text it creates when it runs the search to see how to use it from the normal search window.

Ummm... why invent a bicycle? Go to google, type this line in Search field: 2006 Porsche Cayenne site:craigslist.org
Or substitute with any search line you want still leaving "site:craigslist.org" in place. You can even preview ads without opening them.
PS. I see that Keith was faster than me

Thanks guys. Except for the zimkiv link, the rest look to be powered by google and give the same results and pull up everything, dealers, expired etc. Just tried craigzoom and it didn't seem to be working. Hoping to find something that will allow for some differentiating.
