Yup, my initial post was not long after finding the sad state of my car and as such was filled with what was quite a therapeutic rant. It in turn gave way to me searching for garages and sourcing the appropriate replacement parts etc and bemoaning the sad state of the world where it's not ok to have something nice and not risk it getting constantly messed up. The general feel I get is don't make the mirror really hard to get off or they will just cause more damage out spite. Garaging as it happens is virtually impossible here and to be honest, my car is the cheapest on the block. Not sure what's going on in London or how my neighbor has a gallardo superleggera. Hmmm maybe it was the neighborhood watch trying to scare me off for my 993 making street look untidy!

Probably a bigger market for 911 parts, being more common than the Lambo. There's a reason why Honda Civics and Toyota Camry's are sought after by car thieves.
