Assuming we're talking about the same thing, the floorboards are definitely perforated.. Maybe you have an older version? Mine have many holes, as can be seen here:

Mark, how much lighter is the perforated board vs. the non perf.?

I don't think that there are any other vendors making these. You could use the old floor boards as a template and cut out a piece of sheet aluminum. Price didn't seem too bad to me, especially if you can catch Rennline at one of their sales. I believe I bought mine with a 15% or 20% coupon.

This thread is too cute for words...

This eve I intend to drink three martinis and take two lortabs and then calculate the weight of 11 aluminum disks, each 1mm thick with a diameter of 20mm.

I'll have to integrate back in, of course, the added weight of the four screws lost down there during a season, plus the dirt which can't be easily vacuumed up.

I know a vendor who just sells the solid circles in case anyone wants to replace them-
