I'd like to figure out how to get my hands on that shifter in the silver car... looks like a rubber boot, **** similar to the one offered by Porsche Classic for older cars, and some sort of polished shaft that would slide over the shift lever

That is the toughest car I have ever seen. My dream car for sure. I don't think that there's anything out there that I'd want more.
