We can plan it however we want!
Meet, Eat, Drive... Meet, Drive, Eat...
It all = fun.

So Much fun! It was nice to meet so many of us! We should make this a quarterly event with food and a drive.
How about we all go to one of Orange Coast PCA Auto Crosses at El Toro and really open up our toys.

That would have been me. Warm wishes and speedy recovery, Joanne.

One of the best SoCal RL gatherings in recent memory. As far as breakfast afterward goes, Cook's Corner is a sort of Orange County Rock Store that's somewhat close to Irvine. Decent drive on Trabuco Canyon, but not at the level (or weekend crowds) of Ortega.

Other good food choices might be Nate's Corner in Santa Ana or Bristol Farms in Newport. Probably not so much on the driving aspect.

It's not a short drive but we could all head to Mom's on the top of Palomar Mountain but by the time we left Irvine and got out there it would be past the "optimal time" to be on the mountain.
Trabuco can be fun for a short jaunt and it won't put us San Diegans too much further out of the way. I don't really know of many (any) fun Orange County Roads that aren't speed traps.
Either way, whatever we do will be fun!

how about Ortega Highway (74) from San Juan Capistrano to Temecula?

I know a fantastic Mexican place (El Molino de Oro) in SJC.

If Ortega, we would have to go really early. More traffic there than Palomar.

The problem with a drive on any fun roads AFTER C&C is going to be traffic. If tied with that, we may be best suited to find a good spot for breakfast-maybe on the coast.

Drives in the twisties are probably best as a stand alone event, and early.

cook's corner I've heard of but never been to so that's kinda interesting.
How about just taking 133 south down to Laguna Beach/PCH and hang out there for brunch?
I'm sure there are some spots to park and eat and enjoy the views and sound... Just a thought!
Anyways, I agree on let's make this a quarterly thingy.

Not pictured is Tanger (Mel) who had to leave early, but has the AR Turbo that was parked next to my black 96 C2.
