I was looking at the name and the subject and something didn't jive. The name was really familiar, the subject implied "new car". Had to click and now I know

Welcome back, Mark!

Thanks Mike. i just talked to the driver and it will be Friday or Sat. Getting excited actually. My old 911 feels considerably faster than my old 993 (from what I remember). It will be fun to see if it really is. The old car is about 290hp and 2300 lbs....that may be the reason

Wow...congrats on the new addition. Amazing how many circle back to a 993.

Oh, yeah, that just _might_ be the reason

Congratulations on the new ride,...its gorgeous.

JMHO, but don't "go cheap" on a suspension as you'll regret it. Whatever you do, do it right the first time and you'll not do it again.

As I tell my clients, People never have the money to do something right, but they always have the money to do it all over again.

Steve....come on, you know me. I ALWAYS step up to the good stuff. You should know that by now. Hence all the engine goodies, turbo brakes, tarrett swaybars etc I bought from you for the old girl. I just dont want to admit it to myself. Im sure Ill be calling you shortly for some PSS10's.
Just like I did it right on the old 993....PSS9, TRG bars etc. That car was a blast. I will say I took Lilly for a drive last weekend and had more fun than I ever had in my 993. Im really warming up to her!!! Problem is I would be heartbroken if I wrecked Lilly. It would still suck in the 993 but be much more tolerable.

Update...Go the car Friday night. Here are a few picts. I need to lose the SUV height ASAP!! Interesting to compare to the 1970. Took an engine shot of each. I forgot how much stuff was crammed into a 993 engine bay! It drives really nice. The sport seats are really comfortable. Still on the fence if Im going to keep this one very long. May need to sell it in the spring and get a WB. I do like the arena red and gray. If I keep it I really need to do PSS9/10's and a LTW FW! Anyway, glad it is here. May need a bit more power though Good thing that can be fixed

Congrats on your C4! Excellent combo.

96 NB C4 coupes are pretty rare (also, I'm pretty partial to them).

Also, your 911T is incredible/perfect.

A perfect stable.

Thanks guys. I did just see that the 96 nb cars are rare. Rare enough I can trade it for a WB? In all seriousness....I really like it. Glad it has litronics and hollow twists. What is fun is that thiis thing actually drives lika a C2...up to a point. Way better than the 964 c4's Ive driven. Very entertaining!
