His Holiness wasn't here today, which was unfortunate, but I believe He will be here tomorrow. His car was here which was most fortunate for the rest of us. It is absolutely flawless. Seeing that car made the trip worthwhile. The rest is just a bonus.

If his Holiness is JP...he IS here. I had an audience with him (and Marc from UK) at the noon biergarten--though we were in the wrong one, apparently! Great guy...phenemonal story.

Pretty much a day of sensory overload - between the cars on the track, the cars in the paddock, and the cars in the parking corrals...this is the largest collection of Pcars I've ever had a chance to take in...my neck is hurting from all the swivel-looking.

For Pete's sake-where are you guys getting some of these pic's in the paddock? I spent two hours there today and missed most of the shots you guys got. One would have to spend the entire day in the paddock to get pictures of all the cars. Well, maybe three days.
We only have tomorrow morning before heading back to BC. We better make the best of it. At least tomorrow the wife will be there to take pic's as well. She is a far better photographer. Today she was off taking pic's of butterflies and marine life at the aquarium.

I just flew in from the east coast. My luggage is somewhere between there & Monterey
No clothes, no cell / laptop / camera chargers
Quick weekend here; hopefully my bag will arrive before I leave
1 hour of sleep in the last 48; short night then hitting Rennsport early.
I'll be the over-dressed one, wearing my business class flight clothes Sat on the track!
Thanks to TagDaddy & a hand-off with JPP, I & Speedy will be properly attired with RL stickers, though:

Bret-- I'm no saint, but my wife IS an angel! She single-handedly got Speedy situated in the Exhibitors' Showcase, which is where you met up with the red rocket.
