Awesome! Do you know your plans yet? If you're leaving from MA before the sun rises on Saturday, we could drive down together.

Great seeing a number of you on Sunday. And look forward to Saturday's drive.

The BMW GT service loaner I had brought looks ridiculously large when parked next to the Ferrari 360 (3rd photo). But it drove real nice in the Sport mode.

Hey Mark,
Remember, you're not allowed to bring that thing next week...

Bob -- I promise!! The Bimmers will stay home and the cobwebs will be off the 997 for the drive. I need to remember how to use that left pedal. Push down to release the clutch?

Bob,

What time are you thinking we'll be meeting up Saturday morning? It may influence whether drive sown with Neal in the AM or head down Fri night and stay in NJ.

While not finalized, I suggest early like 8 am. If it was me going to Bost I would leave the night before. The weather for Sat is suppose to be 60 and sunny, a perfect Fall day

There is a great hotel in Tenafly, NJ, which is 7-10 minutes from the meeting point; The Clinton Inn. Request "The Englewood Hospital" corporate rate which I believe is about $100-120 (50% less than posted rates).

+1. A very nice hotel and very reasonable rates.

Mark...Across the street from the hotel (in the old train station) is a great coffee shop, Cafe Angelique. I'd be happy to meet you there (and anyone else) at 7:30. We can depart by 7:50 and be at our destination by 8:00 or so.

Jay,

Thanks for the offer to meet up earlier. I have a 45+ minute drive to the GW bridge and the timing is not easy for me to get to you that early. Need to pass. But I will meet up with you at the Exit 5 destination. I am just hoping that construction is limited on the NJ Turnpike. I hope I do not regret not having a clear bra after the drive!

This is killing me. I stored my car last Sunday after only putting 1100 miles on it this summer. Maybe I'll join in my Pig so you can see what the 991 interior has to offer...

Pencil me in for now and I will reconfirm Friday.
