I believe the RS used stainless steel lines. Why would they be inferior?

interesting...

maybe some brands, but techna-fit makes SS lines that have the same OE protection and fittings as the lines that were on the car when it rolled off of the line... Check them out. Great stuff!

really a superior product in my experience

I should have clarified that I was thinking of the $100 versions mentioned earlier. I am sure that the Porsche and Techna-fit ones are fine.

actually, the Techna-Fit lines are the same price!
They really are quite a bargain. We were very excited when we found these

No other aftermarket line has the factory rub protection. Pretty cool
