Mine was an original which came with my car so I can't sell it, sorry.
I believe someone, perhaps "briefescape", got the dimensions for one and fabricated his own which was much cheaper than purchasing one a few years ago. They were stupidly expensive at the time. I have no idea how much they are now. He might be able to provide information on how to build one.

A bump for the RSD club, really hope you find one Cactus. Be sure to check with 964 RS America people, the black RSD (AKA Rear Luggage Dump) came standard on most of them (except 1994 models). I guess many RSA owners pulled out the RSD and installed a roll cage. Mine was from a 964 RSA, it's a very simple mod to fit it to a 993 coupe. Good luck!

I installed one last year. Although expensive they make the car much more useful. We pack it up every weekend in the summer and our small dog even finds it as a good spot to stand and stick his head out the window! One thing to consider is the carpet. Not sure what your current carpet looks like but if you need to recover it might not match so well. I actually replaced the existing carpet to match the RSD.

I had one in the RSA and sold it to a local 993 owner a few years ago when I put the roll cage in. I remember the RSA RSD needed a tiny bit of trimming to fit in a 993. Back then I think I asked $750 for it and had a ton of interest from all over.
Good luck on your search!

I am currently working with a friend to fabricate a simple version of the RSD. We plan on making it without the doors, but using the rear seat back hinge points so the whole unit could be opened up to allow some storage below. I'll post pictures as the project moves along.
