Hmm... I am about to start my PSS10 with Rennline top mount installation. The rennline kit has a spacer which should be similar to the 964.343.182.81 washer but with the correct bore. For the front, since I am using the PSS10 spring perch, so I don't need 996.343.511.90 or 964.333.466.85. The rear I'm getting a new spring perch from Rennline (they just emailed me that they will have those for sale shortly)
The question is, does that give me enough clearance and range of motion? Is the PSS10 stud long enough? Alternatively, Is the tube nut with the OE RS lower spacer in only proper solution? I can't be the first person doing the Rennline top mount + PSS10 setup, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer here.

I would call direct and talk with Tom. They should be able to confirm that it provides for a proper installation. The top hat (or perch) is a new product just coming out that is obviously solving an issue that others have had to deal with.
I am going with the RS mount upfront but it has the same issue and requires a machined part. Nothing wrong with the Rennline part...just wanted the RS part to match the rest of the suspension parts.
For those who went with PSS10+OEM RS top mounts setup(with special "ToSi" nut available from rennline https://www.rennline.com/Bushing-Kit...B74/KW%20NUTS/) - what height are you running at the front?
It seems that you can't go much below ROW Sport height(~140mm, lowest setting of the adjustment collars) due to the tall RS monoball stack.
Did you compensate for that with https://www.fvd.net/de-en/115900964B...ront-axle.html ?
Mine is running at RS ride height Pss10s, RS monoball and Tosi nut. I cut the top off the dust cover so the shock can be replaced without struggling to remove (and it will be) the dust cover/monoball retainer. Rennline design is better imho. Plastic cap is from a 944
Thank you for quick response Endoman! Nice idea about cap, thanks for sharing.
Where did you put the adjustment collar nut on the shock? I realized I have 5-10mm adjustment available, but then the springs becomes loose between the collar nut at the bottom and the hat at the top, I was not sure if that is acceptable.
