Recognize this car? '97 Speed Yellow Targa with Rennlist sticker FS
I have always dreamed of owning a 911, and specifically a 993. So when I saw one for sale minutes from my house at a used car dealer I was quite surprised. Checking out the listing I noticed the Rennlist sticker on the rear quarter window right away.
Does anyone recognize or know this car?
1997 Targa, originally a US vehicle imported to Canada
Speed Yellow
Tip
92k miles (149k km)
$34,993 ask
It looks like it has a few upgrades, noticeably the euro turbo bumper, twist rims, and lowered I think? I'm not in the market right now, I currently have an e90 328i, and was thinking of getting a 993 in the next couple of years.
Just thought it was cool to see a Rennlisters car nearby, if it was previously yours!!

Just my $0.02 price seems high considering mileage. But I would be interested if I my current situation was not so uncertain right now. Wife got pinkslipped and I may have to sell my 96 as well. Boo-hoo.

Interesting to find out that it was a local GTA car!
I was also thinking the price was on the high side, most of the other vehicles at this dealer are similarly priced on the high side.
I'm not in the market right now for a 993, but this one caught my eye. However the Tip kills it for me, has to be a manual!
