Talking "RIVIERA BLUE" 911: any cabrio or turbo (/S) for sale?

Hello everyone.

This is one of my first 3d. I'm Italian and writing from Italy, so sorry for having either long replying time, either a bad English. I am a member of an Italian forum (porschemania.it - it's in Italian) and as everyone, I love Porsche.

Anyway, as Porsche fan (I have a black 993 tt), I'm looking for a 911 BLUE RIVIERA or TORQUISE BLU. Better cabrio or turbo (/turbo S). This WITHIN A YEAR FROM NOW.

Few months ago I was stopped by my bookkeeper for fiscal reasons to buy a wonderful 993 cabrio riviera blue from a Rennlist member since I had to sell before my motorbike (and another small car) to allow a second Porsche. Now I could buy, but the car is not anymore available :-( . Due to dogane and VAT, I have some limits (of course), but the change with the euro can help me a bit.

I would prefer 993 or 997 riviera/torquise's blue Porsche...eventually classic 911.

Does anyone know about these car for sales?

Thank you to everyone, ciao,
Simone

Mike in Tennessee has a Riviera blue cab for sale. With immaculately clean ISV.

Mike... it'll be much harder to get her back from Italy than it was from Florida!

Patrick (and Mike),
I doubt that once it would become "EU" modified (IF it would become...), then would change back to "US" specs. This time (IF/MAYBE/PERHAPS/...), I believe it's one way (in Italy we say "never say never", but...it would be hard).

Still I have to know all about the car. I've just seen an old 3D. That's all.

Another question: TORQUISE or RIVIERA BLUE?
I saw that a couple of years ago was for sale a 993 Turbo S torquise blue (probably from Truespeed...too expensive for me, but very nice car). As well I saw a 997 cabrio...same colour.
I mean it's just for the colour (original) that I'm looking for the Porsche, not for the 993 model. This because I already have a 993 tt. Please, see here to be able to look at my 993 tt (it's in Italian language, but...pictures are pictures ;-)).

ISV - Idle Stabilizer Valve. Keeps the idle steady on cold starts. Cleaning should be done at each oil change. A sign if dirty is your car hunts for idle.

Here is the DIY - http://p-car.com/diy/isv/

There is one currently listed in the Vehicle Marketplace by Scott 1996 993c2. I've seen the car in person and its a beauty!

I haven't seen Mike's car in person, but by all accounts of folks who have, chatting with Mike about my own 993 years ago, and pictures here, it is the best looking 993 cab I've ever seen. Absolutely stunning!

I saw Scott's car, but there are some things that honestly I don't like (i.e. 996 st. wheel, 5p wheels).
Nice car, but not for me.

What about Mexico blue? Is is similar to torquise or riviera blue?

Thanks, ciao,
Simone
