Regarding Durametric air bag light feature; I triggered my air bag light when removing steering wheel and tach and could not clear it with 993 program. I spoke to Durametric about it and they had me use the 964 program to clear it--BINGO!
Durametric is ideal for CA smog purposes when you need to monitor resetting the required readiness flags.

I've tried the 964 and 996 program and no luck. Hopefully the upgrade will work. The other reason I bought it is because I get frequent CEL lights because of my Fabspeed exhaust. The Durametric clears that fine.

I have used the Innova (sp ?) for 3 or 4 yrs now. IIRC it was about $100 thru Amazon, I'm sure they have other/better units now. It has worked great both reading/clearing codes and monitoring the Readiness Indicators on the 993. The only reason I'm considering the Durametric is to reset the service reminder msg. on the Cayenne. I'm sure if I got it though I would find reasons to play with it on the 993.

FYI: I downloaded the new update and Durametric worked fine clearing all faults.
