Ha,ha. I like your thinking. Stage IIs still retain
the factory internal crossover pipe, so Stage II motorsound muffs do have a larger internal crossover. Stage IIIs have no factory internals and are repiped with new stainless, so Stage III mufflers are all the same whether or not they started life as motorsound.

Actually, do a Stage II conversion to the existing MS mufflers will put you between the Stage II and Stage III's.
