I installed PSS10 over a yr ago. I would like to raise it up slightly, more so the rear. I'm close to RS
1) How far can I go without getting another alignment? 5mm 10mm?
2) Is it 1:1 change from collar adjustment to real height adjustment?

If you move the collars you need a new alignment. You will change both toe & camber. It is not a 1:1 ratio, you got to play with it a bit.
