I live in Lugano. I saw the damage, it is, thank goodness, minor. The body shop is one of the best in Lugano, so all should be well. The head mechanic is a friend of mine who I really trust...

The quality of the repair depends on the dealer. Whenever we damaged a yacht we were servicing (if it can happen it will sooner or later) we made damn sure the repair was perfect. We also did something for free to sweeten a sour experience. Pictures are a good idea and vjd3's point concerning car fax is very important IMO. They should have contacted you before they did anything to the car. If they didn't, that would be a warning bell to me. May your worst problem this year be scratches on you Porsche bumper.
