Thanks. It is a tough decision that I have been going back an forth with for some time now.
Hopefully the right buyer comes along and it goes to a good home. I will be posting additional info shortly about the car and some additional pictures.
A little more background on my 'C2S'.
From the documents I have, the car was sent to Andial in November of 1998, with 4200 miles on it. At Andial for 3 months, the car underwent some upgrades to the engine, transmission, suspension and brakes. Also the Euro bumpers, Turbo S wing/lip and rear qtr panel brake ducts were added as well.
In February of 2009 the car was finished, and from what I am told was the only 3.8l C2S at that time. I have spoken to Pete at Andial numerous times about the car.
I am enjoying looking through all the info I have on the car.
Thanks Mark. Going through the info on the car is not making it easy.
It's not gone yet , still have the 968, and have been looking into the GT3 and new Cayman R.
This is one of those cars that when you first see it, you say to yourself "if that ever goes up for sale....." Beautiful car. Color, body work and the andial motor. It hurts that I can't make you an offer. Best of luck.
That is one sweet car, as is its stablemate. Given the choice between the 993 and a Cayman R, I still think the 993 gets the nod, from me at least. Can't comment on a GT3. Good luck however it shakes out!
Great looking car! Are the panel brake ducts functional or cosmetic? Excuse my ignorance I didn't know that the 993TTS ducts were for the brakes. Learn something new everyday.
