Judging from the number of rounds fired and the hits taken, these Cornpones need more target practice.
I wonder what the value of the parted-out car was--what an idiot!!

many of us have been fortunate enough to own and enjoy p-cars from a young age on to later years.
but many more have the life long dream of owning a car like that, and never achieve it.

It's a 996 tip with a dead engine, get over it. You know how many 2.7L 911s turned into near-worthless hulks after the first go-round on a "quickie" rebuild after the engine studs pulled? (There, at least, you could "rescue" them with a 3.0 install. But a decent SC was only 20-25% more, and always would be.)
So what has the world lost here? A $5-7K pile of parts. If that. The shame is that Porsche put the joke of an M96 engine on the market, with no cost effective, reasonable way for the aftermarket to repair them.

I think shooting up a car is completely sophomoric. I realize it's not worth much of anything but it just doesn't reflect well on the people who did it. There's a growing element in our culture which thinks it's OK to destroy other people's property and equally OK to just watch. I realize the 996 was offered up for this, I just hope all the video viewers know that too. Here's an example of how these things tend to beget others like it......IMHO the guy taking the video is as bad as the tagger defacing the Aston Martin.
