Can I just send mine over? I'll package them with some nice IPAs....

Steve,
One caliper down, three to go. I opted to use the lube supplied by Brembo with the rebuild kits (piston/bore seal/dust seal).
I would caution you to be very careful bead blasting the calipers. The piston bores need to remain absolutely untouched. You may be successful blasting the finish off with the old pistons & seals in place - I decided to make things harder for myself. After stripping the calipers of seals & pistons, I purchased tapered rubber plugs for each bore (16) and then fashioned a threaded 'spreader' to keep the plugs snuggly in place. I also purchased bolts to keep the bleed nipple & supply holes sealed while blasting.
I'm not sure you'd ever find the correct-sized decals already available. Since I had more than I needed made, I'd be happy to send a set to you - just shoot me a PM.

Looks great. Did you remove the connector brake line before beadblasting/powder coating? It looks like something that will break for sure if I try to remove it, and at $75 each I'd rather not find out.
My plan was to leave the seals and pistons in place while getting them bead blasted, as the seals are intact right now but I was going to be replacing them anyway - and that was my thought, that they would protect the piston bores from an over-zealous bead blaster.
How much did you pay for the zinc plating - I'm looking for someone local, but I have no idea of what a reasonable price range is.
Thanks for the decal offer - pm sent.

Three calipers done, one to go.
I left the fluid crossover line in place and blasted it along with the rest of the caliper. The powdercoating covered all of it.
I sent my hardware to Jim Ruffi in NJ. He is very communicative, offers good turn-around times, and was very reasonably priced for what he did. He'll want to know what sort of items you're sending, and an approximate weight before quoting a price.

Really nice Andreas. Of course you had the decals done to spec, unlike some of us who just took what the market offered (.25" under- or .25" over-sized). Oh well!

Once Mike is done with his garage we need to get you down for a "Caliper Refinishing and Rebuilding" class. Hell, I'll even bring over the lift. Just think of all the beer that could be consumed doing this.
That is some mighty fine work there A man!

BEER! You can get beer anywhere. You need to offer some of that Tennessee whiskey! I'd bring some Kentucky Sour Mash to the party. Count me in.
