my AC is great!
the dash rattle is sometimes the latch of the glove box.
I removed the latch filled up with some latch grease.
tightened the screws with some blue loctite.
easy fix.

I too have no problems with my `95 C2's a/c... sounds like you may be a candidate for... a 997.

Good point. My '08 Cab has great AC.
