Cool Some small add-ons

Home-made Motor sound.
Single Rennline strut bar holding Fire Extinguisher plus other stuff from floating around.
Battery negative switch.
Small digital Voltmeter with toggle switch under the dash.

Nice stuff, can you explain the battery negative switch ? (wired to chassis ?)

I had a homemade motorsound airbox cover, I got vain and decided I wanted OEM with silver trumpet bling (and now that I'm putting on an RS fixed wing I'll be replacing the silver trumpet with the 993 turbo air inlet so I lose the bling ! but keep the box cover)

Yes, the bling. I think I can find a flexible chrome strip and glue it around the intake.

The negative battery cable is stock connected to the inside fender from factory and the switch is available from most Auto stores. I have them on all my cars because I like to be able to switch off power quickly if needed.

Also, I see no need to have power on when the car sits there for weeks inside the garage.

I found no negative effect with OBD1 re performance memory etc. when I cut off power.
Just reset radio code.

I once saw an old Alfa GTV racer that on the back inside deck had one of those dogs with the bobbing head and eyes that light up when you hit the brakes. I'm sure it was done to annoy/distract the other racers. If you guys are running out of things to do that might be an interesting mod......or not.

There's always a key from a computer keyboard, paint it red, paint "OH ****!" on it, mount it on the dash on the passenger side.

I rode with a friend on track in his BMW 2002 race car and the key was right in front of me on the dash, I couldn't stop laughing.
