Thanks Mr S. I have never really heard the II's up close but I know the III's are too loud for my taste.

An OG Fister production! Connect the inlet and outlet of the muffler with a 2.5" stainless tube. Leland Pate Muffler Mod (the guy that came up with the idea)

Aka... As fister I. You weld a bypass pipe btwn the in and out exhaust on the muffler.

I kinda believe that no two of these cars sound alike either...of course, I've only heard my car in anger with the Stage lll's on.

that warm idle, oooh that first exhaust note on a warm restart. The way that burble just seems to resonate, and PROJECT from the big ovals. A thing of beauty to hear IMHO.

The video's capture a good deal of it, but nothing like first hand.

At the bike race a couple of weeks back, getting ready to leave...start, warm up-then backing out. The guy walking up to the group next to me says loudly(to talk OVER the Stage lll's) " listen to that thing" It's all good!
