WANTED: Booster seat for rear of 993 Cab
#19
I've never been in the back of a cab, but how much narrower is it compared to the coupes/targas? I would assume the seat bottom area would be the same narrow width.
When my boys were younger, I used the Britax Star Riser booster which was the smallest booster around. The seat bottom could be adjusted for width and they only way it could fit the seat bottom of the 993 was in its narrowest setting. The back of the booster could be removed, but I left it on as the booster bottom couldn't tuck completely against the back of the seat with the seatbelt buckle in the way so the booster back made it more comfy for the kids.
The super small Britax was no longer produced when i needed a second one in 2007, but I did find a fisher price booster which was almost identical in design back then.
Here is a pic of the setup:

JPS if you post your email, I can email you the pictures I have, but I think my back seat belts are set up slightly differently, my seat belt buckles are on the bottom and do not come from the top like i've seen in other convertibles. But the harmony booster seat is pretty small so it should fit. Still can't figure out the mountain icon, wish it said browse when I click on it, instead of url.
