Default Do I have a potential steering wheel defect?

I bought this steering wheel off of Ebay a few weeks ago. I got an amazing deal ($22) and sent it to Dallas Custom to be recovered. I'm really pleased with it. Don Le did an amazing job.

However when I got it back, on closer inspection, I noticed that there is what appears to be a little bit of odd shaped missing plastic under the airbag retaining frame (see the center of the picture)

Other than that the threads are fine, and the wheel was in good shape. I didn't pay close attention to it when i bought it but now I have it back I was scrutinizing it and noticed the little flaw.

Is this going to be a problem?

I can't see it. Put it on and see if everything words right.

The first one I bought and sent to Poland had a bad retention frame that caused the horn to honk when making right turns. The search feature saved me and after a $1.50 in tubing it was good to go.

I don't think there is much that can go wrong with these things. Keep us posted.

See the little yellow mark on the inside? Just to the right of it there is a little bit of rubber that is missing. I don't think its a big deal either. I did buy a new retention frame just to be safe.
