I just discovered I have water leak in the rear footwell with insulation foam soaked. Since I don't have time (skills) for DIY, is there any local shop in the Portland area that is familiar with this issue?

I have the same issue in the Seattle area. I haven't spent any time figuring out where it is coming from. One time, even my seat belt reel was soaked. If you figure it out, please post.

No need to go to shop, do a search here. Doubful you have anything coming from the bottom of the car, it's a fairly common problem. Just dry it out very well and check your door seals.

I ripped out the soaked foam insulation pads and currently drying carpet, will try and dry it first and start search from there.
I'll start with the sunroof drains.

Sunroof or door seals, although it's possible it's one of those, another good place to check is the rear wheel well seam that often is missing or has bad sealant resulting in leak.

A friend of mine had a soaked rear footwell. The source was traced by a well known and highly regarded UK Porsche specialist as water coming in through the cross member end at the front, and gradually drifting back. The fresh air intake at the front of the car is connected to the chassis crossmember, and the seals on the ends are at risk of damage from road debris, and given they are now 14+ years old, can fail. New sealant at very little cost sorted it.

If you have access to a compressor with a fine air nozzle, you can try blowing out the drain locations of any debris that might be causing the leak. I had a pretty bad clog of the drain at the fuel filler door that would fill after driving in the rain or after a car wash. It required a few blasts of air before the blockage was released.

Clogged drains got me. Filled up rear seats which trickled down to foot wells. It was good reason to replace carpet!
My issue was the rubber drains got dried out and shrunk a bit. They were draining onto the rear speaker shelf.

Clogged drains, either the sunroof, or the vent in the front end. You do NOT want the water to get under the seats, very bad & expensive things will happen!
You can open the engine bay & see the 2 drains near the rear window. You can hose off the sunroof, & see if water comes out.
The front air vent drains under the car. You can also put a hose in there, & see if the water comes out.
To clean, you can use compressed air, cloths hanger, or some times even water pressure will unclog.

Appreciate all the help.
It's a coupe, never seen rain since it's previous owner is from CA. I'll check the sunroof drains, all four. I've also contacted a couple of indy shops and Sunset, they suggest I take it to Beaverton Upholstery for help and also to fix the carpet and insulation pads.
Stuttgart was the only shop willing to step to the challenge and help with the leak search if it's not the sunroof. We've reviewed common issues posted and also the rare issues such as rear wheel arch seam, transmission mounting bolts, etc...BTW I have not used the AC but will also check the drains.
Search is on.....hope it does not chew up the suspension and lowering budget.
