Darin, the color looks great! I like the idea of blue RS script also.

In in the process, I'll bet this guy is a now lot more competent when it comes to installing calipers and rotors. He probably learned a few good tips from Darin in this caliper/rotor exchange process.

I'll bet this guy also made a 8 hour + round trip in the rain, and arrived at the shop right on time, as promised, 09:00 Hours.

Actually I know this guy very well and he is extremely pleased with the Little Reds. He has since taken his 993 to Sears Point and the Little Reds are brutally effective, Pagid Yellow on the front, Pagid Black on the rear. He is very thankful that Darin took him up on the offer. Darin is good people!

It's all about being in the right place at the right time and getting exactly what you want. Timing baby, timing!
I had a good time putting you to work in the shop. I'm glad you had fun, and thanks for lunch....you are a class act my friend

Nothing gets past you. I forgot to mention I also installed some Techna Fit SS brake lines...SWEET!

Great work Darin! Hope to see you and Mark soon - been too long.

Dammit...

I just want to put this out there. If there's another Martin, or anyone else here who also wants to straight trade their "big reds" to "small reads" (just refurbished), I'm all ready for it!

Love the blue color, look great!

If we're proposing trades, if anyone wants to trade me their 993 coupe for my '01 TJ, hit me up. I won't even ask for any cash to go along w/ the deal.

Seriously..looks great Darin!

Thanks Patrick. The pics don't do them justice, they really look even better in person.
When are you getting back in the 993 game?

Darin,

So that's why you've been so busy lately

When I hear stories like yours, it makes me believe that good things do happen to good people, and there are still a lot of good people left in this world. Anyway (off soapbox) the color looks absolutely perfect and I've got to see it in person. And how about testing out your "new-to-you" brake system at Thunderhill next month?

No Paul, that's...I brake WITH Smurfs

Nice job Darin...Your upgrades are tasteful and non-traditional but never bling.

Looking forward to my new brake-pads too, thanks.

Hopefully in the next year or so. Have had a lot of uncertainty about the job, then the house, moving, etc., but if things go on the current path, it will hopefully be sooner rather than later.
