^^^ They're just by part number .. not matched to the car except by the build sheet/window sticker/coa .. as 'Technology' wheels
Here's some part numbers I've collected over the years, not definitive as I think there are 993 part numbers for widebody offsets as well:
Hollow spoke narrow body:
993 362 136 00 8" ET52
993 362 140 01 10" ET65
WB:
996 362 136 01 8" ET50
996 362 142 01 10" ET45
Solids WB:
996 362 136 04 8" ET50
996 362 142 11 11" ET45 (don't know what the application is for .. maybe 993TTS?)

I know for sure standard on the C2S were the standard 17 inch Cup wheels unless the buyer checked the option for the 18 inch "Technology" hollow spoke wheels on the order sheet. This will sound a bit odd but you can tell by feeling around the backside of the twist spoke where the solid wheel wll have a cast in concaved depression in back, while the genuine hollowspoke will be smooth and oval in section.

Yeah, I believe there is actually a C2S for sale at Victory Motorcars (tiptronic) that has 17" cup wheels on it (and the car was actually listed on RL a couple months ago, so I would assume they found it on here and then turned around and are trying to flip). 17" cups look really bizarre on the C2S as far as I am concerned, but based on what I have read, that's what came as standard.
