MarkD I agree I still haven't received my copy yet. I sent a email to them and they said there was mailing issues with the West Coast. I guess we're the last to get our copies since were right in their backyard.

We've done everything short of switching to first-class mailing (which would be cost-prohibitive) to work around USPS bulk mailing to little or no avail. Different regions get the magazines at different times — and we've even moved the newsstand date back to help make sure subscribers get their copies first. Not ideal. If it's any comfort, I don't even have an extra copy...we're still waiting for our own bulk shipment. Looks like East Coasters got their copies even earlier than usual this time (they always "win," because the magazines are published in the northeast).
As to defeating the purpose of subscribing, I hope not. We preview 2 articles online per issue out of 13-14 feature stories, mostly so that first-time visitors to the website get a feel for what they'll get if they subscribe. This, too, is not ideal, but such are the vagaries while working to survive in the world of new media.
Hope you guys will enjoy the piece on Princeton's car — it's a very, very cool car.

Wow, just ...wow, amazing story. I would NEVER have the cajones to tackle a project like that.
Glad there are folks out there like Princeton who are willing to go WAAAY out on the edge and push the limits.
I love reading about mods like this.
