Fair Price for Carrera II Wheels
What would you think is a fair price for an OEM set in B+ condition (no curb rash but a few minor nicks and scratches)?

Do you mean Cup II wheels???
Not so sure what Carrera 2 wheels are.
Let's assume they are Cup II wheels for a 993 car, 7" X 17" 55mm off set front, 7" X 17" 55mm off set rear....it would be nice of you to guarantee they are straight and true and have NOT been repaired. Bent wheels are a drag.
I have purchased them as low as $400...usually have paid about $500....I have gone to 18" wheels now, no more Cup II for me.
If they are NOT replicas and have Porsche part numbers on them, and they are in outstanding shape, no dings, no curb rash, straight and true with no repairs, and you are willing to sit on them for a while, you could maybe get $750 or so...it may take a while.
Price them at $500, they will sell. I'll buy them for $300

By Carrera II wheels I mean the 18" five-spoke wheel that was made for the MO'02 996 but that a lot of guys have put on narrow body 993s.
