Dec 1994 Car and Driver mag with 993 C4 test
#31
My first 993 was a 95 C4 - I still miss that car. Sometimes I think of the possibility of tracking it down via it's VIN number and trying to buy it back but I'm sure it's probably got over 100,000 miles on it by now. I wonder if anyone on here has it?

Ok,
After reading those articles and going thru a nasty winter in nyc, I want a 95 C4. Anyone have one for sale? Any color but red and dark blue. After owning 14 Porsches maybe its time to try one.

Driving in to work today in a torrential down pour (in my 993 C4) was a blast - and sort of a badge of honor.
It has been my daily driver for almost 5 years. I plan to be that old guy with an old 911 with 800,000 miles on it (with X number of engine rebuilds and X number of re-shoots).
I also plan on working in a few other 911s along the way (I already had a '73 911E).
