Green in the engine, blue in the tranny.

I have recently imported a 993 can left hand drive and intend to do an oil flush and change can anyone tell me which is the correct engine oil and do you agree with the above intention or what?

I have fully synthetic Mobil1 0W-40 iks that correct for a 1997 4700 mile car?

Hmmmm, we're 16 pages short of the 20 predicted, but I myself didn't think there was a difference in synthetic oils until I started to do my own oil changes were Stealth (Mike) introduced me to Motul 50501 5W40. Immediately after the oil change, I noticed that the engine is running much quiter and seemingly smoother upon acceleration so here on out I will continue to use Motul. Any one else share this type of experience? I'm also running without the engine tray.
