I've had good experience with another company's franchise in Phoenix: Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. http://www.awrswheelrepair.com/ They have many locations nationwide so may be a good choice for other cities.
My experience is that if you ask your local high-end car dealership's people there will usually be a consensus on the best and most reliable place to use locally. Big tire operations like Discount Tire will also be able to point in the right direction. The Alloy Wheel Repair operations in Dallas and Phoenix because of their specialized equipment and personnel have a particularily good rep from what I've heard.

Ive used Wheels america in Hayward CA ( Norcal) with good results. They straightened the slightly out of round rear wheel I had ( 18x10 solid twist). cant tell it was done. they do the work overnight. usually guarateed to be done in 24hr

It appears that they power coated everything. I am not sure they did anything special to the hubs mounting face. I am guessing if there is an issue there they would do it correctly. And the center caps are a perfect match.
