I think the answer is yes but I have searched and cant find a answer for sure.
Are NB and WB Front fenders the same?
And the rear WB fenders are 2" wider in total then the NB Correct?

As far as I know, they are. Fitment of wheels is the same as well in the front.

Fenders are the same, fender liners aren't.

Front fenders have a diffent shape at the start of the rocker. I don't think they are the same.

Considering they have different part numbers (01 suffix v. 03), I'd say not.

The liners are different because of the Turbo bumper, not the fender.

The width of the front fenders are the same as a NB. However, as mentioned in an earlier post where the rocker panel meets the bottom if the fender is where the difference lies. You can use a NB liner, as stated above, but there is a difference on that as well

Those are the dimensions for the rear correct? Just to educate myself better the fronts are the same except for where the rocker meets the fender. I was under the assumption that only the quarter panels were wider on a S and Turbo car.

I just looked it up, 993 broschure
only 1995 has 272 hp
1996 thru 1998 c,s,s4,-282 hp & 11.3:1 compression ratio
tt-400 hp has 8.0:1 compression ratio
ts-430 hp
all has 3.6 liters engines

For those who were wondering, 997 NB/WB fenders are $400...
