Going out on a limb here and trying to track down a 993 that was once part of the family. As the title says it was a 1996 993 C2 that was Aventurine Green with light grey (almost white-ish interior). One of the distictive features I recall was a small blemish on the fender in front of the rear wheel (can't remember which side).

I believe he purchased it in 1998/1999 time frame and then sold it in 2001/2002. It then showed up at Euroclassics Porsche in Richmond,VA in 2003. Possibly on consignment, possibly not. It had 31,xxx miles at the time. Here are some pics from the add I saved:











Then in 2005 it showed up back on the Euroclassics lot on consignment. This time with tinted windows, silver gauge trim rings, and the wooded shifter **** had been replaced. This time, with 33,xxx miles. Some pictures from that time frame:











I know its unlikely that I will find the owner, but I figured I'd give it a shot. It can't hurt to ask. Thanks to all for any leads!

A Carfax would reveal the place and time it was last registered, perhaps narrowing your search area.

2 months ago there was one very similar to this for sale at the Porsche dealer in Hilton Head, SC. Had the same shift **** and guage bezels, but it had been lowered to RS ride height and had the RS front splitter.
