My VW R32 came from the factory with F1 GS-D3s in 225-40-18.
They were the best street tires I've ever had on that car.
They didn't fare too well on the track though.
When they got too heated up on the track they would get a little greasy, and feather the tread edges.
But as far as a street tire goes, they were great!
And I challenge any tire manufacturer to produce a better rain tire.
These tires have almost as much grip in the wet as they do in the dry.
I would highly recommend these tires for the street.
