Default Riviera Blue 993 C2 cab for sale / Carrara White 6-GT3 also

Well - due to some changes ... we'll be selling the cars. Already listed the MINI S convertible and the Rivi Blue cab ... will also be listing the black cab and the GT3 ... don't really want to ... but need to.

First, let me say that I wish you lots of luck with the sale of your cars. I wish you nothing but the best.

That said, I'd be curious to see how quickly you're able to sell a C2 cab with 27K on the clock for close to $60K. I guess we'll see how serious everyone is about paying a premium for RB, because with your asking price, you're now the litmus test for that premium. To put in perspective, I was looking at a black/black 993TT with similar mileage for just a bit more than your asking.

It's a fine example in a much loved cult color. Guess you'll find out exactly how much-loved. Best to you.

Good luck with the sale of your Rivi Blue Cab. As a member of the RB club I hope you get the $$$ for it. The color is rare and the miles are great. There seems to be a strong affinity to RB, but does it command that kind of money? If a car will bring 60K it may be yours. Low miles and color. BOL

A $30,000 - $35,000 car for $60,000...due to the RB factor. Gray interior, stock suspension and the "Cab" effect will influence demand as well. It makes that 1995 RB coupe in NJ look cheap.

Of course we all hope he gets his number, however based on the ask, the tag line should have read, "don't really need to....but want to."

VERY nice car....but $60,000 ?? I am well aware that RB is a sought after color,

but isn't that about $15-20G's too high?

Listen, you don't amass a GT3, 2 cabs, a Mini and whatever else buy making deals that are good for the OTHER guy.

Personally, I like that he's priced his car with an almost 100% mark-up over a typical C2 cab with similar mileage. If nothing else, it satisfies the statement that at least he tried to sell it

Pricing it at $60K is that he'd like to sell it. Pricing it in the $30K-$39K range is that he needs to sell it.

the listing mentions the alu shifter/ebrake combo from a 996, yet the photo's show the stock Classic Grey pieces.

Might the listing also mention, # of owners/history/and records. Afterall, top of the food chain pricing doesn't always guarantee pedigree, nor does mileage. Beautiful car, I'm drinking and enjoying the RB kool aid for sure.

As someone who is looking to purchase a rare colored 993 (had a granite green 911) in the near future I wish you lots of luck. Slate Grey and Rivera Blue are two of my favorite colors and your car looks great. However at $60K I would be looking for a turbo or the nicest C2S or C4S money can buy in todays market, not a 95 Carrera Cab.

If you are serious about selling the car you might want to lower your price a tad, as a cash buyer I would not even contact you about the car with its current asking price. Please don't take offense to my post I am just giving you my opinion from someone looking to buy a rare colored 993. Again, good luck with the sale and if mid to high 30's would take the car feel free to contact me.

Those photos don't show the new shifter and brake handle ... but they're there ... I can search for more pics ... not sure I have any with those new items.

Show me a cleaner, better pedigreed, low-mileage Riviera Blue cab with low miles and I'll buy it on the spot ... especially if it has a tip tranny ... this is my wife's car that I'm selling.

just saw the cars.com pics

Very nice

Since someone is prolly gonna ask, given the huge price premium, how many RB's were made that year?
