I like your black/green combo....it reminds me of the new 918 Spyder....bad *** roll bar! What notable differences do you notice on the way the car handles?

is this the one that doesn't require any drilling? 2nd question, do you have to remove the rear seats for this to fit?

Correct, no drilling. You have to at least remove the seat backs for it to fit. I had already removed my entire rear seats as I was going to install a rear seat delete shelf. Now with the roll bar in place, my shelf won't fit .

I agree mine was a PITA to get the wholes aligned. Mine most likely will never be removed.

My only gripe is it isn't attached at enough points, & really doesn't stiffen up the car enough. I keep talking about having my shop weld some ears to the uprights, so they can be bolted to the "B" pillars where the seatbelt bolts up.
