I must be the dumbest individual in the history of dumb individuals, since I still have no clue what the OP meant when weaving anecdotal Ferrari lore into a collection of Porsche-specific musings.

Perhaps someone, of far greater intellect than I, would be so kind as to spell it out for me.

I think I'll pursue that GED after all.

Andreas, don't worry. My intellect is clearly superior to yours as I'm 2/3s of the way to my GED, but even I, I, of superior intellectual powers, did not get it.

You are even one up on me because I did not understand the rest of the "musings" either. But I did get a slight erection from all the duck tails in the thread. That should help me with the rest of my GED pursuit, right? Is it legal in most states? Zoophilia, I mean.

Hey, watch the Armenian jokes.................

And to contribute to this thread, I am in the love-my-power steering camp. RSA to the yellow car, 15 minutes with each.........no brainer as to which is more pleasurable to drive. And both on 225 RA1 front tires. Even worse was taking my old '74 widebody out last month. And it only had 245s on the front. I can't believe I used to wheel that thing around with 275s/315s.

Ken, I knew you would chime in Hope you've recognized the quote

On power steering. I've spent this past season co-driving my power steering CSP Miata at half the events and non-power steering ES Miata at the other half. It was painful. The two required completely different techniques to drive. I hated every second in non-power steering car.
