Default FD Motorsports exhaust color coatings

Just a quick poll. I am going to be ordering a set of Fister stage III exhaust cans for my C4S and wanted to know if there is any photos of the different color coatings and with the exhaust installed on the car. I really like the "velvet black" coating but I am unsure how it will look on the car. Also, what color coatings do most of you have?

Thanks in Advance!
Ryan

I went with the ceramic coated in cermachrome. I don't have a photo of them on the car, but they look good. As with anything on our cars, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Most will not notice them once they are installed.

Not the best picture, but a real world idea...i really love the black with AR...it gives it a serious sportscar look.

I just got mine done in the Velvet Black and am really pleased. Darin did the straps and clamps for me at the same time and I already had my original black tips. Should be very ez to keep clean. You really can't go wrong with any of the coatings...It's the sound that makes them special!

I went with Mag Silver. Seems closer to the color of other components in the general vicinity. Happy Holidays Darin... did you happen to find any straps around the shop?

Go without color and spend the money on some of his big ovals.

Out of curiosity why would someone spend more money on getting them coated when no one will see it anyways?

There are some heat insulation benefits but I decided to save the cost of the coating and spend it on a much needed RS short shifter kit.

+993 on getting a set of big ovals...they look so much nicer than the stock tips.

I've been told that the ceramic coated Stage lll's-throw flames at night(throttle jab at downshift)-reason enough to consider getting the ceramic finish.

Thanks Everyone,
Darin, do you have the wide ovals for the widebody cars? I am leaning towards the stage III's coated in velvet black.
