You can try the http://drcolorchip.com/ paints for road rash. I use this stuff for large stone chip repairs and it works like any other touch-up paint. It was a very good color match. I don't have the fine road rash so I don't know how it works on that but their demo pics look pretty good. If you are inclined to do some research and buy some tools and supplies you can save $$$ (but not time) and clay bar and polish the vehicle yourself.
