Hi,
I am fixing a vacuum leak in the vario-ram flapper assembly and need to replace a Spring-less Lip Seal
(.437" inner diameter)
(.473" outer diameter)
(.116" depth)



This part of the flap housing 993 110 061 03 - Porsche only sells only the entire assembly available only in Germany appox $200 (Sunset)

It pains me to spend $200 for a $1 part.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Can you use an O-ring instead?

I don't know. I am a little concerned with the performance differences between a O-ring and a lip seal.

I just have never seen a lip seal that small.

the markings on the back of the seal are INA G8123 10
