You can purchase Delvac by the gallon from L&N Engineering. They ship it.

I bought 4 gallons from a Mobil distributor (yes, they sell to the public) and split the purchase with a Rennlister. We both saved BIG.

FYI
I found Delvac good for the street, not as good for the track.
Red line NS seems better for track, slightly more effort for street.
BTW - in terms of additives etc. switching one oil from another won't make much difference - the internals are coated by what ever oil/additive was in there from the first oil and would still be effective when you change to the second oil. The only way to completely get rid of the effects of the first oil would be to tear the trans apart and wash all the components. If you're not doing this, the true effects of the second oil may not become completely apparent until you use the second oil for 3 or more changes...
The other thing is to make sure you have the correct volume/fill level (have to wait for the oil to get into all the passages/fill very slowly/check again after a drive)

I changed my gear oil recently and by the looks of the oil and the report from Blackstone, it was the original fill. I attached a copy of the report.

After two hours on the forums search feature, I too went with Delvac.

If you have not had your trans oil changed or are not sure I would do it. The report speaks for itself.
