Intro...

I bought my 95 C4 after a 2 month long negotiation fell through on a 997 C4S that I was dead set on. Basically the seller vanished on me after I was ready to exchange cash. Frustrated, I began looking at other options and fell in love with the 993. Funny, the original seller of the 997 called me back the same day I agreed to purchase my 993! I'm glad I went the 993 route. I saved a whole lot of $$$ and feel like I got a 'cooler' car

Bought the C4 with cashmere interior in WA with 62k miles and imported it into Canada myself. I've put 4k miles on it and recently put it into winter storage so I've had a full summer to reflect on 993 ownership.
I've tracked the 993 once so far and had a blast. I didn't notice too much understeer on turn-in as I've heard, thought it would be worse, although my other track car is a Honda Civic so I'm no stranger to understeer. Unfortunately a faulty brake bleeder valve ended my day after 2.5 sessions. It's fun when you're on the track and the brake pedal suddenly hits the floor! Luckily I wasn't diving into a corner at the time.
With the help of info from RL I've done the following since I got the car:
60k service including clutch/flywheel
Bilstein PSS10's
Front control arm bushings from Chris Walrod (to fix the dreaded 55mph steering wheel shake)
Toyo R1R tires (got a great deal from a place recommended by someone here)
Other small common fixes here and there, all diagnosed by searching RL.
This site has been an invaluable source for info in the past year and I don't know where I would be right now without it.
Sorry about the poor pics. They were all taken on my phone.
This is my P car. There are many like it but this one is mine.
