My $.02, and 2nd another post is send the motor to Colin at Ninemeister. All of the turbo and supercharged kits seem hoakey to me - 7th injector and all.

Another guy that seems to be holding out on all of us is Geoffry Ring. He has his damn name - next to Colin's - on the 9m Stinger engine.

About the only way I would go for a true TT motor is to figure out how to clone an Andial motor.

Not so Steve. When mine had the dual mass flywheel it was no harder than my former NA cars. With my lwf set up, it is 30% harder. The RUF folks say that they actuaaly prefer it to the assisted clutch.

Here's your TT rear wing:

Now there's that small issue of a healthy donor engine...

lol, I'm pretty sure you're quoting one of my posts verbatim from exactly 2 years ago.

Been there, done that, could write a book.

FWIW I don't like the wing at all -- is it really necessary?
I think you need some sort of wing to have room for the intercooler.

I don't think Ruf does the turbo conversion on the 993 anymore ... but TechArt might; it would be worth a call to Joe Vatter at GermanTech in Tampa Bay FL ... he handles TechArt and gave me a ride in a worked over 993 one time that was very memorable. I believe it was a supercharged car, but I'm not 100 percent sure. But it was a rocket, and beautifully done. Tell him Vic says hi if you do.

Danny-- Great idea I'm acquainted with TurboKraft's owner & that 'sleeper' Guards Red NB.
From Raptor's "Air:water intercooler" thread...

It was featured in Excellence Magazine's April 2006 issue.

Information on the build can be found on TurboKraft.com: "Mike's 1995 Carrera 2 Twin Turbo "Sleeper"."
I didn't get to meet the 993s' owner, Mike, but the guys there representing Turbo-Kraft seemed great, & passionate about performance Porsche modifications.

The water reservoirs were engineered into the front bumper.

If you got a ride in the pictured CT3, it was indeed supercharged. My friend has a yellow one just like that.
Below is a black version that RLer Q advertised. (It has less-typical TechArt bodywork, for a CT3.)
For high-res versions of Q's stunning photography of this tuned 993, see his "993 Techart CT3 - Supercharged" page.

A good friend in the US owns one, & recently sent me photos of it, asking me to start a RL thread & post pics of his exotic
Stay tuned...

Just skimmed through, may want to swap & cap the gear box.

Here's another example of tailless TT, Princeton's homemade turbo.

Love the turbo power, don't love the gaudy wings. The car above is an interesting solution...
