I have read many posts by people complaining of the horn being stuck in the "on" position - no enough gap between contact and plate. Mine is just the opposite. I took the airbag off and the grommets look ok. Adding the piece of tubing to the bottom would seem to me to just push me farther away. Any suggestions? (And yes: I did read many, many post but the repair they talk about seems to be for horns that won't stop blowing. TIA
